Sri Lanka vs India Series 2012 is starting on 21 july 2012 when India will be playing their 1^st ODI match against Sri lanka. Sri lanka are in good shape and position, they have just beaten Pakistan in the ODI series by 3-1 and in test series by 1-0.

India last time played international cricket in Asia Cup 2012 after that various Indian players of team were part of their respective IPL teams for IPL5. But they never played international cricket after Asia Cup 2012. So will it be easy or difficult for India to suddenly go against Sri lanka, who are in extremely good form and shape to compete tight against India, that would be cleared after the series.

MS Dhoni will be leading team India and Jayawardene will be the captain of Sri lanka team in this ODI series and Only T20 match in this India’s tour to Sri Lanka. Irfan Pathan has joined the team after Vinoy Kumar left out where as Sehwag and Zaheer are also part of this squad of India in this tour. India will be coming with full power despite coming without Sachin Tendulkar.
